Exchange should be shipped within 3 working days of delivery.

A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery.
  • Product should be resent with the same repacking & tag on it without any stains or damage to the product otherwise IndiBeds has complete rights to reject the return item.

Who will bear shipping charges?

indibeds.com will bear shipping charges and we will arrange a pick up of exchange goods from your place.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation is possible if you make it before the product is being shipped.

After shipping cancellation is not possible.
